Driving Housing Design Performance Through Innovation

Builders are under constant pressure to maximize product performance, affordability and profitability. We can either use what's always worked and hope for the same success, or we can separate ourselves from the competition by embracing an innovation mindset during product design.

Established processes are comfortable, and change is never easy. Housing is ripe for disruption as we search for meaningful strategies to attack the challenges of today and the future. It is only by adopting an innovation mindset that informs your product design process that you will differentiate your offerings and create the products that builders need to win more buyers.

How can you harness innovation to capitalize on current and future trends influencing consumers' homebuying decisions? How do you create the new products that the industry needs before they need them? How can you adopt a mindset will drive dramatic improvement and reap 2x and 3x ROI on key design performance metrics?

Join Dan Swift, CEO/President of BSB Design, to hear how establishing a mentality of innovation in housing design is essential to meet the industry's needs and challenges.
